What you will do

On one hand, you will act as an ambassador for Graytest remotely and on-site to help our customers set up and/or improve their testing process through your experience with industry standards. This includes:
  • Create and implement the testing strategy and approach that is aligned with the organization's goals
  • You track planning(progress, timeline) and report variances and progress report
  • Coordinate the test team and project
  • Present complex and detailed information to management in a structured manner
  • Advise on test strategy, testing techniques, test environment design and test team composition
You will also help further develop Graytest by participating in various initiatives.

Who we are looking for

Therefore, we are looking for people who love challenges and have a can-do mentality. Titles are less important to us, we're more surprised by what you've already accomplished. Furthermore, you are someone who likes to learn and also wants to pass on that knowledge to others. As a test lead you have the following skills:
  • You can demonstrate that you have already successfully completed a number of projects in this role
  • You have extensive knowledge of different testing methodologies
  • You are in possession of the ISTQB certificate or willing to obtain it
  • You have good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
  • You have leadership experience and are able to coach fellow testers
  • Fluent in English and French
  • If you have automation experience this is a plus
